In today's context of urban cities, the rise in poverty and the growing population of homeless youth is more pronounced than ever before. A considerable number of these young individuals have undergone significant trauma. Therefore, it becomes crucial to adopt a moralistic standpoint to articulate their stories. The design narrative behind the Monastery Home aims to underscore the importance of the metaphysical and divine aspects in architecture. This is achieved by replicating a sacred space, creating an environment that goes beyond the conventional shelter. The structure, characterized by a protective 'cave-like' demeanor, extends its reach toward the celestial skies, symbolizing a haven for healing the souls of the youth it embraces.
